Description
Connected in Stillness is an online course that does not teach tricks or quick fixes. It invites you to return to a state where connection with your dog arises naturally — gently, quietly, and authentically.
In this course, you will learn to recognize the state of your own body and how it affects your dog. You will learn to settle, to be present, and to listen — not with your ears, but with your whole body. When you find your neutral state, you begin to find your dog’s neutral state as well. This is not theory, but experiential learning.
The course guides you to:
Create a connection that is built on a sense of safety and mutual regulation.
Observe your dog’s body with greater sensitivity, noticing small imbalances before they become larger problems.
Use simple, body-respecting techniques such as oscillation and gentle leveraging to release tension.
Understand how calmness and rhythm allow the body’s natural resources for health and balance to emerge.
The course does not require previous experience — only a willingness to pause, to be present, and to learn to listen.
This is for you if you feel that something deeper is possible, and you want to be more than a good handler to your dog — you want to be in true connection.
